Overview
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. There can be a handling fee of up to 25% levied on all returned goods.
To start a return, you can contact us at admin@remnantworkforceapparel.co.za. If your return is eligible, we will collect your items from you and return it back to our warehouse where it will be inspected and if the items are in its original condition (unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging) as stipulated above then we will re-deliver the items as per your request
No Cash Refunds will be given, a credit will be kept for a next purchase. Credits will only be kept for 3 months, if not used in 3 months your credit will be forfeited.
Remnant Workforce Apparel will not take responsibility for incorrect goods supplied if it corresponds to the confirmed and final order (quotation/invoice)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Courier Costs
Transportation costs via courier will be for your (the customer) account. We will send you an invoice for the courier costs to collect and re-deliver your items
Exceptions / non-returnable items
No cancellations and/or returns will be accepted on any branded, printed, embroidered, washed or specially ordered custom garments. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards. No Cash Refunds will be given, a credit will be kept for a next purchase.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at admin@remnantworkforceapparel.co.za
Refunds/Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 working days after inspection, you will automatically be credited on your account. Bare in mind that there could be a handling fee of up to 25% that will be levied on all purchases.
